Darts icon Dennis Priestley believes that Luke Littler is potentially the fastest millionaire in all of sport.
Littler is already the 2024 Premier League darts champion, and last year he was the losing finalist in the World Darts Championship.
That has set the 17-year-old with the platform to dominate the sport, which can offer huge riches for the most successful with nine darts.
Priestley is a two-time world champion in his own right, and speaking to Best Anonymous Casinos, he suggested that Littler’s rapid ascent will have seen him beat records in terms of earnings in darts, and potentially in all sport.
He said: “Luke Littler will already be a millionaire thanks to his prize money as well as all the sponsorship deals he has been signing outside of darts which is just remarkable.
“He’s done all this just within six months, he has been the fastest millionaire darts player of all time and probably the fastest millionaire in all of sport, at the age of just 17.
