Team news

Nicolas Otamendi's 84th-minute header allowed SL Benfica to salvage a 2-2 draw against CA Boca Juniors in their tournament opener at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium. Auckland City FC suffered a 10-0 defeat against FC Bayern München at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati.

Benfica will be without suspended striker Andrea Belotti, who was sent off against Boca.

Auckland City welcome the return of head coach Paul Posa, who missed the club's first match while recovering from a minor surgical procedure. He made the trip from New Zealand this week to rejoin the team.
