Club World Cup draw creates thrilling contests

• European champions Real Madrid drawn against Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal
• Manchester City-Juventus and River Plate-Internazionale among other standout fixtures
• New 32-team tournament takes place in the USA

European champions Real Madrid C. F. will play Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal, CF Pachuca of Mexico and FC Salzburg in Group H and Brazil's SE Palmeiras go up against FC Porto, Egyptian giants Al Ahly FC and Inter Miami CF in Group A in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ after the draw for the new 32-team tournament in the USA produced a host of intriguing fixtures.

The draw, which took place at the Telemundo Center in Miami, USA, also pitted Manchester City against Morocco's Wydad AC, Al Ain FC of the United Arab Emirates and Juventus FC in Group G, while 2022 CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores winners CR Flamengo will meet Espérance Sportive de Tunis, Chelsea FC and Los Angeles Football Club of the USA in Group D.

Under the guidance of Italy legend Alessandro Del Piero, who was acting as draw conductor, Argentina's CA River Plate were drawn against Urawa Red Diamonds of Japan, Mexico's CF Monterrey and FC Internazionale Milano of Italy in Group E, while Group C features German powerhouse FC Bayern München, OFC representative Auckland City FC, CA Boca Juniors of Argentina and Portugal's SL Benfica.

Group B contains European duo Paris Saint-Germain and Atlético de Madrid, recently-crowned Copa Libertadores winners Botafogo and Seattle Sounders FC of the USA, with the line-up for the tournament completed by Group F, where Brazil's Fluminense FC must take on Borussia Dortmund of Germany, Korea Republic's Ulsan HD and Mamelodi Sundowns FC of South Africa.

The top two teams from each group will qualify for the knockout phase of the 63-game tournament, which concludes with the final at the iconic MetLife Stadium in New York New Jersey on 13 July, where the winners will be presented with the new FIFA Club World Cup trophy.

How can I buy FIFA Club World Cup 2025 tickets?

The first phase of ticket sales begins on Thursday, 19 December at 10:00 EST/16:00 CET via FIFA.com/tickets and runs until Tuesday, 14 January at 10:00 EST/16:00 CET. Individual match tickets will be available for all 48 group-stage matches. General-public tickets are priced from USD 30 (excl. taxes and fees) in Category 4, with prices varying by match. Fans will be able to complete their purchases immediately on a first-come, first-served basis and are encouraged to act early, as tickets will go fast.
