Group G

World Cup Power Rankings Group G

Group G is another group with a clear favourite according to our experts, this time it's Belgium.

While they may no longer be the 'Golden Generation', they still have serious firepower, including Kevin De Bruyne, Jeremy Doku and Romelu Lukaku.

Iran have the slight edge over Mohamed Salah's Egypt in the fight for second, while New Zealand, expected to finish bottom, had their preparations take a serious hit after being thrashed 4-0 by Haiti in a World Cup warm-up match.

Group H

Group H has the potential to be an exciting one with European champions Spain and Marcelo Bielsa's Uruguay both featuring.

As one of the favourites to lift the trophy on July 19, Spain are predicted to finish top comfortably with Uruguay in second.

Saudi Arabia however are known to cause shocks, remember their win against Argentina in 2022, so don't fully count them out of securing a knockout place, even if it is by being one of the eight best third placed teams.

Group I

Group I is another group which has fans excited, and there are a trio of teams who will have their sights set on top spot.

According to DAZN's experts, the 2022 runners-up France will finish top, but it will not be easy.

Senegal, led by Sadio Mane, are a mainstay of any World Cup and often reach the knockout rounds.

Then there is Norway who are playing in their first World Cup since 1998, and it's a team generating plenty of excitement. All eyes will be on striker Erling Haaland who for the first time in his career, will look to score goals aplenty on football's biggest stage.

Group J

Group J will be where defending champions Argentina begin their campaign, and our experts expect them to win the group comfortably.

Austria and Algeria are set to battle it out for second place, with the latter having a real confidence boost after beating the Netherlands 1-0 in a warm-up match.

Jordan, according to DAZN's panel, will have to settle for bottom.

Group K

World Cup Power Rankings Group K

Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal are predicted to finish top in Group K, with Colombia not far behind in second.

There is a serious gulf in ability then with Congo and Uzbekistan offering very little threat when it comes to landing a place in the knockout stages.

Group L

World Cup Power Rankings Group L

Group L will see two teams who have become rivals as of late, England and Croatia, battle it out for the coveted top group spot.

England holds the slight edge according to DAZN's experts, but Croatia, despite their ageing squad, know how to navigate international tournaments and will pose a serious threat to derailing Thomas Tuchel's campaign.

Their match on June 17 will have a large influence on who finishes top, with Ghana and Panama teams that should be swept aside comfortably Stateside.
