Could Switzerland vs. Colombia be a surprise hit in World Cup Round of 16?

It feels like Switzerland's clash with Colombia in the last 16 is going under the radar as the final quarter-final places are secured. 

After Argentina and Egypt go head-to-head in Atlanta, attention will turn to Vancouver, where two teams who are improving with each passing game meet. 

While neither team boasts the big names which are known across the world, they can still produce entertaining football, and this could make for a surprisingly thrilling knockout tie.

There are concerns over his fitness after being forced to leave training early, with some reports suggesting he may miss the match against Colombia. 

Hopefully this is not the case with Manzambi providing plenty of attacking flair to this Switzerland lineup. 

Can Switzerland unlock Colombia defence? 

Colombia's defence is looking impenetrable at this World Cup, keeping three successive clean sheets and conceding just one goal so far. 

This means the Swiss attack will have their work cut out against the South American outfit. 

While some fans will roll their eyes at a defence which does not concede many goals, it should be an intriguing chess match to see how Switzerland go about unlocking one of the tournament's best defences so far. 

Can Colombia finally fix this huge flaw?

If there is one issue with Colombia, it's their ability to kill off matches. 

Besides the 3-1 win over Uzbekistan and the 0-0 draw with Portugal, Colombia have won their other two matches 1-0. 

If Colombia do indeed go ahead against the Swiss, then they will be treading a fine line between World Cup progression and being knocked out, with the Swiss having plenty of resources in attack. 

It does not help that Colombia will be without their first-choice striker Jhon Cordoba, but James Rodriguez and Luis Diaz are enjoying a good tournament, so the team's attacking threat has not been completely nullified.
