Milan vs Hellas Verona preview: Team news, prediction, date, and how to watch Serie A on DAZN

It's the final games of 2025 in Serie A with a full post-Christmas programme, where teams will be looking to finish the year on a high note. 

DAZN is showing 380 live games across the 2025-26 campaign, and matchday seventeen sees AC Milan hosting Hellas Verona in Sunday's early kick-off.

These teams resume their league campaign, having had last week off from Serie A duty, but come it looking at completely different ends of the table. 

Milan are locked in a three-way battle at the top, with rivals Inter above them by a point and ahead of champions Napoli in what has become the narrowest of title races.

Max Allegri's side are yet to taste defeat since the opening day of the season and will be huge favourites against a Verona team who are in the bottom three.

However, they should take heart that they do head to the San Siro in their best form of the season, having won their last two.

Milan vs Hellas Verona will take place at 11:30 am GMT on Sunday, December 28,  in Serie A. 

Fans watching in the US and Canada can catch the game at 6:30 am EST and  3:30 am PT .

The fixture will take place at the San Siro in Milan. 

One of the world's most famous footballing venues, it is the home of both Milan clubs and has hosted four Champions League finals, the last in 2016.

Milan

Matteo Gabbia missed the Supercoppa semi-final defeat to Napoli with a knee injury and could be a doubt for the game on Sunday. Santiago Gimenez is also still sidelines. Luka Modric should return to the side, having been rested.

Hellas Verona 

The visitors' biggest concern is with striker Giovanne, who's had an issue with his ankle after the win over Fiorentina and could miss the trip to Milan. Domagoj Bradaric is also still missing.
