PSG make things messy for Lionel and Inter Miami as they thrash MLS side: Relive all the last sixteen action

The last sixteen at the FIFA Club World Cup continued as PSG booked their quarter-final spot with a dominant first-half display to beat Inter Miami. 

All the pre-match talk was about Leo Messi, but in truth, he didn't have any part in the conversation during this clash. 

The European champions took just five minutes to open the scoring in Atlanta as Joao Neves opened the scoring and it would prove to be the start of a half where they didn't give the MLS side a sniff. 

Neves added a second just after the half hour before an own goal and Achraf Hakimi made it 4-0 before the break. 

There were no more goals in the second half, and Messi almost grabbed a consolation for Miami, but it's PSG who go on to play either Flamengo or Bayern Munich in last eight.
