The final weekend of the Premier League season is here, and while the title race has ended and we already know two of the three teams who will be relegated, there are still European spots on the line and that small matter of pride as teams look to finish strong.
We try to make sense of it all in the latest Power Rankings, which are not meant to look at the overall picture, but rather to provide a snapshot based on current form, strength of opposition, and other factors. As always, these rankings are based solely on Premier League play.
Here are DAZN News' final Premier League Power Rankings of the season.

1. Manchester City (▲1)
The Sky Blues are unbeaten in 15 league matches, good enough for the top spot here. It's small consolation given their real-world inability to capture the title, though.
Next match: May 24 va. Aston Villa
2. Arsenal (▲1)
Four wins in a row are enough to nudge the Gunners up these rankings, and more importantly to their first league crown in 22 years.
Next match: May 24 at Crystal Palace
3. Manchester United (▲1)
The Red Devils have won four of their last five and are back into the Champions League.
Next match: May 24 at Brighton
4. Bournemouth (▼3)
It's a bit harsh for the Cherries to drop so far after holding Man City to a draw, but it's hard to argue their place here.
Next match: May 24 at Nottingham Forest
5. Leeds United (—)
Their undefeatek streak continued after defeating Brighton 1-0 at home.
Next match: May 24 at West Ham
6. Brighton (—)
The aforementioned Seagulls fell in their last outing, but are still in decent form ahead of the season's end.
Next match: May 24 vs. Manchester United
7. Nottingham Forest (▲1)
The Tricky Trees lost to Man United but remain one of the form teams in the league.
Next match: May 24 vs. Bournemouth
8. Newcastle (▲1)
Two wins in their last three games, including Sunday's 3-1 result over West Ham.
Next match: May 24 at Fulham
9. Liverpool (▼2)
Fell 4-2 to Aston Villa to extend their winless skid to three matches.
Next match: May 24 vs. Brentford
10. Aston Villa (▲3)
Speaking of Villa, they are back in the win column and back in the Champions League after defeating Liverpool.
Next match: May 24 at Manchester City
11. Sunderland (▲3)
The Black Cats are undefeated in three after claiming three points from their visit to Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Next match: May 24 vs. Chelsea
12. Fulham (—)
An uninspired draw at Wolves didn't harm the Cottagers' ranking.
Next match: May 24 vs. Newcastle
13. Brentford (▼2)
The Bees have won just once in their last five after a 2-2 home draw against Crystal Palace.
Next match: May 24 at Liverpool
14. Tottenham (▲1)
Spurs' disappoining loss at Chelsea doesn't harm them in these rankings, but it could be a death knell in real life if they don't win on Sunday.
Next match: May 24 vs. Everton
15. Everton (▼5)
The Toffees' awful form has caught up with them, and they suffer the biggest drop of all teams this week.
Next match: May 24 at Tottenham
16. Chelsea (▲1)
Finally, a victory! The Blues will look to end on a high note and clinch a European spot.
Next match: May 24 at Sunderland
17. Crystal Palace (▼1)
Palace's winless run was extended after their draw at Brentford. That's six games without a victory now.
Next match: May 24 vs. Arsenal
18. Burnley (▲1)
Burnley did little to earn a one-spot bump, losing to Arsenal. The existence of worse teams than themselves helps.
Next match: May 24 vs. Wolves
19. West Ham (▼1)
The Hammers aren't playing like a side who could still avoid the drop.
Next match: May 24 vs. Leeds United
20. Wolves (—)
The league's worst side is rightfully at the bottom amid a seven-match winless streak.
Next match: May 24 at Burnley
