Watch every game of the NHL season on DAZN

The NHL season will resume on Wednesday after nearly a three-week Olympic break, which culminated with the USA winning the gold medal in a thrilling 2-1 victory over Canada. Every remaining game of the NHL season will be live on DAZN with NHL.TV worldwide, excluding Canada and the U.S.

It is expected to be another fascinating season between now and June.

Each week, DAZN News will take a look at three games to watch on NHL.TV on DAZN.

Toronto Maple Leafs @ Tampa Bay Lightning: Wednesday, February 25/Thursday, February 26 (7.30pm ET/12.30am GMT/2.30am CEST)

The first major game coming out of the Olympic break featuring two players competing against each other instead of with each other on the US team. Auston Matthews (Leafs) and Jake Guentzel (Lightning).

Before the break in action, the Maple Leafs (27-21-9) won their last three games. The Lightning (37-14-4) are on the same torrid run as their opponents, winning five consecutive games and inching closer to the league lead in points.

Vegas Golden Knights at Los Angeles Kings: Wednesday, February 25/Thursday, February 26  (10.30pm ET/3.30am GMT/5.30am CEST )

Teams with lofty expectations heading into the season are looking to explode in the second half. The Golden Knights (27-16-14) are just hanging around in the top half of the Western Conference, and unless the top falter, they are going to be stuck in the fourth spot of the conference.

On the other hand, the Kings (23-19-4) are on the outside looking in, currently ninth in the West. The Achilles heel for the Kings has been their record at home. Last year, the Kings had the best home record in the NHL (31-6-4). This season, they are only 8-11-7.

But it's almost like a fresh coat of paint to the season, so let's see if the Golden Knights and Kings can make a second-half surge.

Boston Bruins at Philadelphia Flyers: Saturday, February 28: (3pm ET/8pm GMT/10pm CEST)

Old rivals lock horns for the first time in the second half. Right now, the Bruins (32-20-5) sit in the second wild card position in the Eastern Conference. The rainbow isn't good for the Flyers (25-20-11) as they hit the skids of late by going 3-4-3 in their last 10 games and are eight points behind the Bruins.

A must-win game for the Flyers if they have any hope of ending their five-season playoff drought.
