1. The “DAZN Channels on Sky” option (the “Option”) may be activated by users who are existing subscribers to, or who subscribe to, the paid DAZN plans “DAZN Full” and/or “DAZN Family”, provided that they are Sky customers with a satellite set-top-box and an active TV subscription.
  2. The Option enables the user to access two linear channels on the Sky satellite platform, allowing the user to view the sporting or entertainment events broadcast on the DAZN 1 and DAZN 2 Channels (the “Content”).

  3. Depending on the user’s subscription, the Option shall be governed by the DAZN Terms and Conditions, available here, as supplemented by the following provisions:

    3.1 The Option has a monthly term, renews automatically each month and is payable in advance. Should the user wish to deactivate the Option, they may do so from the “More on DAZN” section of their personal “My Account” area by clicking “DELETE”. Deactivation of the Option shall take effect at the end of the Option’s prepaid period. Users may continue to access the Content until that date.

    3.2 Where the user has subscribed to a DAZN Full Plan and has activated the Option, the device used to view the Content via the DAZN Channels shall at all times be deemed to be one of the devices that may be associated with the user’s account. While viewing the Content via a linear channel, the user shall not be able to use the DAZN service simultaneously on a second device. Where the DAZN Channels are viewed via an internet-connected device, the user may use the DAZN service simultaneously on a second device, provided that both devices are connected to the same home internet network (cable or Wi-Fi: fibre, xDSL, FWA). Save as aforesaid, the Option allows DAZN content to be viewed (via the DAZN app or via the DAZN Channels) on a single device only.

    3.3 Where the user has subscribed to a DAZN Family Plan and has activated the Option, the device used to view the Content via the DAZN Channels shall at all times be deemed to be one of the devices that may be associated with the user’s account. When the Content is being viewed on the aforementioned device, the user shall be entitled to use simultaneously only one other of the associated devices to view the DAZN content included in their Plan (for a maximum total of two devices in simultaneous use, including the device used to access the DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 Channels), even if such other device is not connected to the user’s home internet network (cable or Wi-Fi: fibre, xDSL, FWA).

    3.4 Under both the DAZN Full and DAZN Family Plans, upon activation of the Option, the device used to view the DAZN Channels shall at all times be deemed to be one of the devices on the user’s account for as long as the Option remains active.

    3.5 The user of the Option must be the same person as the user of the DAZN Full or DAZN Family Plan. DAZN reserves the right to verify the foregoing in such form and manner as it deems most appropriate.
