I cannot log in / sign in to DAZN

Please follow the steps below if you have problems accessing your account:
Accessing "My Account" (back to top)
After your registration it may take up to 4 hours until you are able to access "My Account". Otherwise you should be able to access "My Account" at any time using this link.

At the sign in make sure to verify your login details (error code 50-49-401) (back to top)
When you try to sign in make sure to check your email address and password for typos and make sure to use the details you entered when registered. If you have entered your wrong login details you will receive a banner stating error code 50-49-401. If you have entered the wrong password for more than 10 times in a row, you receive error code 50-00-429 and our system will log you out for approximately 15 minutes before you can try again to login. This is to protect your account and prevent an unauthorized person to gain access.

Reset your Password (back to top)
Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
  • Please use our password recovery function by following this link.
  • On the following page please enter your Email Address and click on “Send”.

  • You will receive a notification that we have sent an email to the email address entered.
    Please check your inbox and spam folder of your email account for an email from “DAZN support” with the subject “Change your password”. Please take into consideration that it can take some time for the password reset email to arrive.

  • In your mail from DAZN you will find a “Reset Password” button. Please click this now.

  • You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password. Make sure to follow the below criteria for your new password:
    • Contains at least one uppercase and lowercase letter.
    • No spaces in the password allowed.
    • Contains at least one letter and one number.
    • Use special characters to make your password more secure (~`!@#%^&*()+=_-{}[]\|:;”’?/,.).
    • You will need to verify your password to make sure there is no typo in your password. Once you have selected and entered your new password please click on “Change Password”.

  • Once you have changed your password you can use your new password to sign in to DAZN.

Recover your email address (back to top)
Please take this link to recover your email address. In order to recover your email address you will need the following details:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Payment method
  • Last 4 digits of your payment method

Restart your device (back to top)
Depending on your device the steps might be different. As a general guideline you can close the app and power your device off, if it doesn’t have a restart option. Afterwards please wait 10 to 20 seconds before you start your device again.

If you are still not able to access your account, please contact customer service for further help. To verify your account please provide the following information when contacting customer service:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Last 4 digits of your credit card and expiry date
  • Voucher Code number (if you have one)
  • Sign up date
