My email address is already in use?

If you get the error message that your email address is already in use, please go through the following steps:
  • Go to our sign in page and try to login with your email address and your password (You might have previously used that email address to register a DAZN account).
  • If this did not work, please request a new password using the password reset feature. You should receive an email with a link you can use to create a new password.
  • Once you have created a new password you should be able to sign in with your new password. If your account was cancelled in the past you need to enter your bank details to reactivate your subscription.
  • If you did not receive the link to create yourself a new password, or you are still unable to sign in with your account please contact customer support for further help.
