How you cancel your DAZN subscription depends on the type of plan you have. Follow the steps below based on your subscription.

How to cancel an Annual plan?

You can cancel your Annual Plan (lump-sum payment / monthly payment) directly from your DAZN account:

  • Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
  • Go to My Account.
  • Click on Subscription.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Cancel subscription and click Continue.
  • Choose your preferred reason for cancellation of subscription.
    Note: You will be shown a list of offers you can avail. If you would like to keep your subscription, click on Check out this offer. If not, click on No thanks.
  • Enter your password to Cancel subscription and complete the process.

Note: For the Annual Plan, even if you are on the monthly payment option, the cancellation date will be one year after the plan start date. You will continue to have access to DAZN until your selected cancellation date.

How to cancel a Monthly Plan?

You can cancel or pause a Monthly Plan directly from your DAZN account:

  • Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
  • Go to My Account.
  • Click on Subscription.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Cancel subscription and click Continue.
  • Choose your preferred reason for cancellation of subscription.
    Note: You will be shown a list of offers you can avail. If you would like to keep your subscription, click on Check out this offer. If not, click on No thanks.
  • Enter your password to Cancel subscription and complete the process.

Note: Cancellation will take effect 30 days after the cancellation procedure is completed. The 30-day period following the cancellation procedure is a notice period, during which you can continue to watch DAZN.         

I have already cancelled but noticed a payment to DAZN. Why is that?

This may be due to the type of subscription you had:

  • Monthly Plan: This plan has a 30-day cancellation period. You may still be charged a pro-rated amount, which is usually lower than your regular monthly fee. To check your payment history, click here.
  • Annual Plan – Monthly Payment: This is a 12-month contract. Payments are taken monthly until the end of your term. If you cancel your plan before the contract term ends, you will only stop the future renewal and not the current billing cycle.

My subscription is through Apple / Google / Roku / Amazon or another third-party provider. Can I cancel through DAZN?

No. If you have subscribed to DAZN through a third-party provider like Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon you will need to manage and cancel your subscription directly on their respective platform. DAZN cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf; please contact your individual platform directly.
