For customers who already have a DAZN account and wish to reactivate it, please follow the standard login and subscription steps.

The password is subject to the following conditions.

  • Contains upper and lower case alphabetic letters and at least one number.
  • At least 6 characters. (half-width alphanumeric characters).
  • Accented letters (ã, ê, ü, ì) and other special characters are not allowed.
  • Do not include surnames, first names or e-mail addresses.

If you finish registering at this time, you will become a DAZN Freemium account.

Apple Pay Support 
Apple Pay is available under the following conditions:

  • iOS: Version 10.1 or later using Safari on a mobile device.
  • macOS: macOS Sierra or later using Safari.

Important: Even if your system meets the above requirements, Apple Pay may not appear as an option if your chosen plan is not eligible for this payment method. Apple Pay is only supported on Safari. If you're using a different browser (e.g., Chrome or Firefox), Apple Pay will not be displayed—even on iOS or iPadOS devices.

7. On the final confirmation screen, review your registration details. If everything is correct, proceed to complete your registration.

8. Once your registration is complete and you reach the home screen, you can start watching. Enjoy streaming with DAZN!

If you're having trouble registering a new DAZN account, please check the following:

  1. Try a different web browser: For example, if you're using Safari (Mac only), switch to Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Connect to a different network and try registering again: You could switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or try connecting from a different location.
  3. Use a different email address: If your current email isn't working, try signing up with another one.


If you see the message 'This email address is already in use', please try the following:

  1. You may already have a DAZN account: Try logging in with that email address.
  2. Forgot your password: Reset your password from the login page.
  3. Suspect unauthorized use of your email: If you think someone else is using your email without permission, please contact DAZN Customer Service.

Important information for former DAZN for Docomo users

If you previously used DAZN for Docomo, you cannot use the same email address from that account to register a new DAZN account.

To create a new DAZN account, please use a different email address.

  • If it has been more than one year since you last canceled your DAZN for Docomo subscription, your old email address is no longer valid for registration. You will need to create a new account with a different email address.
  • If you don’t have access to another email address, we recommend creating a free one (e.g., via Outlook, Yahoo, or Gmail) to complete your DAZN registration.
