These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) apply to the application form for the 2026 DAZN Soccer Launch Commemorative Giveaway Campaign (hereinafter, the “Campaign”) conducted by DAZN Limited (located at: 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP; hereinafter, “we,” “us,” or the “Company”).

If a customer applies to participate in this Campaign, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms, our Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”), and our Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”). Please note that you cannot apply to participate in this Campaign without agreeing to these Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms, etc.”).

  1. Campaign Overview

    During the Campaign period, customers who newly subscribe to the DAZN Soccer annual plan will be eligible to enter into a lottery to receive the prizes listed below (hereinafter, the “Prizes”).

    Each applicant may select only one desired prize at the time of application. Only one application per person will be considered valid. If multiple applications are confirmed, all applications will be rendered invalid.

    Winners will be selected by lottery from among applicants who have chosen their desired prize.

    Prizes:

    • J.League All-Star DAZN Cup Uniform (2 winners by lottery)

    • J.League All-Star DAZN Cup Official Ball (1 winner by lottery)

    • Participation rights as an “Escort Kid” for the J.League All-Star DAZN Cup Final on Saturday, June 13, plus a parent-child pair spectator ticket (12 pairs / 24 people)

    • Winners will be determined around Friday, May 15, and only winners will be contacted by DAZN.

    • The 12 winners selected for the “Escort Kid” experience will receive two spectator tickets (one pair). One of the two tickets must be used by an elementary school-aged child. The child will participate as an “Escort Kid,” entering the field together with players. If participation by an elementary school-aged child cannot be confirmed, the prize will be invalidated.

    • Requests regarding the specific team or players accompanying the Escort Kid may not be accommodated.

    • Please note that participation in this match may result in appearances in broadcasts or social media posts (including but not limited to DAZN). By applying to this Campaign, all applicants and participants are deemed to have consented to such appearances.

    • If the match designated for the Escort Kid experience is cancelled or deemed invalid, the prize may be changed to alternative tickets or merchandise depending on the circumstances. Travel and accommodation expenses to the venue must be borne by the customer.

  2. Campaign Application Period

    From Monday, April 20, 2026, 00:00 to Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 23:59

  3. How to Apply

    Customers who receive the Campaign email must select their preferred Prize when applying via the application form. Among those who newly subscribe to DAZN Soccer (annual plan) during the Campaign period, winners will be selected by lottery to receive the Prizes.

    After the application process is completed, winners will be notified via email sent from a DAZN email address (@dazn.com) to the email address registered with DAZN, and will be asked to provide personal information for prize delivery.

    Please ensure that you can receive emails from DAZN by adjusting your spam filter or email settings. Please note that unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.

    All costs incurred in connection with participation, including internet connection and communication fees, shall be borne by the customer.

  4. Eligibility

    Customers eligible to win must meet all of the following conditions (if it is found that any condition is not met, eligibility to receive the Prize will be forfeited):

    a. Newly subscribed to the DAZN Soccer plan during the Campaign period

    b. Agreed to these Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy

    c. Received the Campaign email

    d. Have consented to receive emails from DAZN and its related parties (as defined in Article 112, Paragraph 4 of the Companies Accounting Regulations; hereinafter, the “DAZN Group”)

    e. Resident of Japan

    f. Aged 18 or older

    g. Not in violation of any precautions or prohibited matters

    h. Able to prove compliance with all of the above conditions if requested by the Company

  5. Ineligible Customers

    Customers who fall under any of the following categories are not eligible:

    a. Customers who subscribed to the DAZN Soccer plan outside the Campaign period

    b. Customers who submitted the application form outside the Campaign period

    c. Customers residing outside Japan

  6. Important Notes

    Even if selected as a winner, the right to receive the Prize will automatically be forfeited without notice if any of the following apply:

    a. The Company is unable to contact the customer via the registered email address

    b. The Prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or changes after registration

    c. Fraudulent activity is detected in relation to participation

    d. Required information is not provided after winning, or false information is provided

    e. Participation in the “Escort Kid” experience is limited to elementary school students; identity and age verification may be conducted on the day

  7. Prohibited Acts

    The following acts are prohibited. If the Company determines that any such act (or similar act) has occurred, the customer will be disqualified without notice, and if the Prize has already been received, the Company may request its return:

    a. Selling, transferring, lending, exchanging, or otherwise disposing of the Prize to or from a third party

    b. Falsifying personal information such as email address

    c. Infringing or potentially infringing on the rights or interests of other customers, third parties, or the Company/DAZN Group

    d. Violating laws or public order and morals

    e. Engaging in any other fraudulent conduct

  8. Disclaimer

    a. The Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever (including but not limited to liability for non-conformity, breach of contract, or tort) in connection with participation in the Campaign or the Prizes, regardless of the reason.

    b. Customers are deemed to participate in the Campaign at their own responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disadvantages incurred by customers or third parties in connection with participation or inability to receive the Prize.

    c. The Company will not resend, change, or exchange Prizes due to customer circumstances.

    d. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, legality, morality, timeliness, or appropriateness of information contained in emails.

    e. The Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by customers or third parties due to system failures or malfunctions.

    f. The Company shall not be liable if all or part of the Campaign is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure, government actions, system failures, venue issues, customer fault, or any other reason not attributable to the Company.

  9. Changes or Termination of the Terms

    a. The Company may change these Terms, etc. (including Campaign details and Prizes) without prior notice.

    b. These Terms may be revised at any time at the Company’s discretion. The revised Terms shall take effect at the earlier of: When posted on the DAZN or DAZN Group website, or When sent to the customer’s registered email address

    c. The Company may terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, regardless of the Campaign period. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such changes or termination.

  10. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or legally invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

    If removing a portion of a provision would make it legal or valid, that portion shall be deemed deleted, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

  11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Japan and interpreted accordingly.

    Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

  12. Miscellaneous

    Customers who win a prize in this Campaign may not be eligible to win other campaigns conducted by the Company or the DAZN Group during the same period.
