■What carriers and phone plans are supported by DAZN?  
We currently only support carrier billing with SoftBank and Y!Mobile, au, UQ mobile, NTT DOCOMO but we are working to get other carriers supported soon. Only customers on a post-paid account (with a contract) will be able to sign up to DAZN with carrier billing. Customers on a prepaid plan will not be able to use carrier billing 
  
■How do I sign up for DAZN with Carrier Billing? 
《Precautions》 
・Please be sure to complete these steps on your web browser (mobile or desktop). 
・If you sign up through the DAZN application on your mobile device, you will be signing up via Apple/Google/Amazon - you will not be signing up with Carrier Billing.   
  
1. Access [https://www.dazn.com
2. Click on [Sign Up]
3. Enter your Name, Email, and Password and click [Continue] 
4. Select「Pay with Mobile Carrier] on the payment page 
5. Click on [Continue] button
6. When redirected to the carrier selection page, please select your carrier from the drop-down menu, and login into your mobile carrier account 
7. Please enter the PIN code and follow the on-screen instructions 
8. Click [Continue] 
9. Once you are redirected back to DAZN, click [START WATCHING] 
  
If you have issues logging into your carrier account, did not receive a PIN code, or have lost your PIN code, please contact your mobile carrier.

■ I received an error when signing up with Carrier Billing. What now? 
There are various factors that may have caused the error to appear. You can try signing up to DAZN while on your mobile network (effectively switching off wi-fi) or try again later. Please contact your carrier if the error pursues. 
If the error occurred before the payment registration step, please contact DAZN Customer Service.

■How will I be charged if I sign up with Carrier Billing? 
While you are registered to DAZN via Carrier Billing, you will be charged on your mobile carrier bill every month/year. 
Your DAZN subscription will automatically be renewed. If you wish to cancel, please cancel through the My Account page. 
  
■On what date will payment be taken if I register with Carrier Billing? 
Your payment will be taken together with the rest of your mobile bill, and it depends on when the carrier bills you. Please contact your carrier for further information. 
  
■Can I use Gift Codes if I signed up with Carrier Billing? 
No - you will not be able to register gift codes if you have signed up with Carrier Billing. 
  
■Can I change my payment method to Carrier Billing if I have an existing DAZN account? 
You would need to cancel your current DAZN subscription, and resubscribe via Carrier Billing once your current subscription expires. 
  
■Can I change my payment method if I signed up for DAZN with Carrier Billing? 
You would need to cancel your current DAZN subscription, wait out the remainder of your subscription, and resubscribe via the payment method of your choice. 
  
■What happens to my DAZN subscription if I terminate my phone contract, or change carriers? 
You would need to cancel your current DAZN subscription, wait out the remainder of your subscription, and resubscribe with the payment method of your choice. 
  
■What happens if the payment for my phone bill gets declined? 
If the payment for your phone bill is declined and the monthly subscription fee is not paid, then your subscription will automatically be cancelled.  
To continue using DAZN, please resubscribe via dazn.com and enter new payment details. 
  
■What happens if I change my phone number, but keep the same carrier?  
You will generally have to resubscribe after your current subscription expires.  
However, there may be exceptions, depending on your mobile carrier. Please contact your mobile carrier for details. 
  
■Where can I check my payment history? 
You can see DAZN as a line item on your phone bill each month if you are subscribed to DAZN via Carrier Billing. 

■What will be shown on my billing statement/invoice? 
Your payment will be shown under DAZN Japan Investment GK. 
 
■Can I use the Pause function if I registered to DAZN with Carrier Billing? 
No - you will not be able to pause your subscription, if you have signed up with Carrier Billing. 
  
■How do I cancel my subscription? 
You can cancel your subscription through the My Account page. 
Even after cancellation, you will be able to view DAZN for the remainder of your subscription period.
