"My Account" is where you are able to change things like your payment method and also check up on your account. Here is what you can see/change from this page:
- Personal information (name, password, email address)
- Subscription information (payment method, payment history and next charge date etc.)
- Devices you are signed in to
- Language settings
- (Un)Subscribe from marketing emails
How to access My Account
- Click the Menu button at the top and choose My Account
- Sign in again, because you are accessing sensitive information.
How to manage My Account safely
- Sign out from all devices from your My Account page to sign out other users that may be using your account without your permission
- Change your password regularly
- To report unauthorized users from using your account, please contact our customer services
To customers registering a new account/restarting a subscription after Oct. 18, 2018.
