■ About the Error code: 65-450-403
If you are unable to view content because a message saying that the registered device limit has been reached, please try the following.

1. From [Devices] in My Account, press ’SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE’.
2. Please try logging in to DAZN again from the device you are watching.

An error code (11_064_011) occurred in the above content, which prevented viewing.
This has been improved and is now playable.

■An error code "11-065-013" is being displayed when selecting content on some iPhones.
Please try the following items to improve the problem.
Turn off the collection and storage of information on Google's ad servers by going to "Other" > "Settings" > "DAZN Privacy Settings" in the DAZN app.
In addition to troubleshooting (updating or restarting the App), press "Close" on the screen where the error code is displayed, and select the same content several times to try watching it again.

If there is no improvement after trying the above items, please try watching the content on a different device.



■ Concerning the timing of the switch to catch-up
Due to the time it takes to reflect the changeover from live streaming to catch-up streaming, there is a possibility that the streaming cannot be played properly.
Example: Seek bar does not function properly and cannot be operated, error code is displayed, etc.

If you have another device, please try watching on that device. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


【System & Functionality】



■ Regarding Error Codes: 65-003-410 & 10-000-000
Currently, we are experiencing some issues for which error codes 65-003-410 and/or 10-000-000 are shown across all device types, and content does not play. 

If you are experiencing these issues, we apologize for the inconvenience, but would like to kindly ask you to try the below troubleshooting procedures for possibly resolution: 
・Refreshing your webpage (If using a web browser, please select the top right "refresh" button) 
・Select the content you would like to watch via "Schedule" button on the top left corner
・Clearing your cache/cookies 
・Accessing DAZN via another web browser and/or another device 
・Restarting your DAZN app, web browser, and/or device 
・Updating your DAZN app and/or device to reflect the latest OS version 

Additionally, please try the below troubleshooting for slow internet connection, as this could be a possible reason this issue is occurring:
・Restarting your network connection 
・Restarting your router connection (please unplug cord and wait at least 5 minutes before re-plug) 
 
■Issues when newly registering/resuming your DAZN subscription

Currently, there is a delay in reflecting information in some environments, and you may not be able to watch the video after newly registering or resuming the service.
  

【About DAZN for docomo】


■For DAZN for docomo user, we are experiencing unable to edit name and email address on My Account.

When using DAZN for docomo, there was an issue where you could not change your name and email address from My Account, but this has now been resolved. If you would like to change your name and email address registered with DAZN, please see here .
