Email Verification Process

Regarding your registered email address for your DAZN account, per the below reasons, we will be periodically making sure to confirm that your email address is valid. 

<Why we are doing this> 
・To make sure that you are receiving the latest notifications from DAZN 
   (Subscription plan details, updates to your account information, Customer Service inquiries made) 
・To confirm your sign-in credentials
   (In order to prevent a situation in which the registered email address is not usable and/or has typos, and we are unable to send a "password reset" email accordingly) 


※In the case you access your "My Account" page and you see the message "Verify your email address", please follow the below procedure to confirm your email address. 


<Email Verification Process> 

1) Sign-in to DAZN and access your "My Account" via the "Menu" tab on the top right

2) On the left-hand column, select "Personal Details" and then "Verify my email", that can found within the yellow pop-up box in the top-half of the page Email Verification help page 1.png

3) Please confirm your "current email" and if there are no issues with it, select "send magic link" 
※If you do need to update/change the email address shown, please select the "edit" button under the "send magic link" tab

4) A confirmation page will inform you that the the magic link has been sent to your registered email address

5) Please confirm your email inbox and after opening the email verification, select the yellow "Verify my email address" button

6) A green confirmation message, "Your email have been verified", will display to inform you that the email verification process is complete Email verification help page 5.png


<Frequently Asked Questions>
■What if I was not able to receive the magic link for the email verification process? 

   Please confirm the below possible reasons that this may have occurred: 
   ・There was an issue with your "current email" (such as a typo and/or invalid email address) 
   ・The magic link may have been sent to your "Spam" inbox 
   ・There was an issue with your inbox settings 
      ※For those using mobile carrier email addresses, please make sure that the following domains
         are accepted senders that you can receive emails from:

      @email.dazn.com
      @dazn.com
      @in.dazn.com
      ※After confirming your inbox settings are up-to-date, please resend the email verification magic
         link accordingly
