Error code 10-005-001

If you are seeing this error code, it means that there’s a problem with your network connection and therefore we can't stream video to your device. 

If the problem persists, please go through the following troubleshooting steps: 

  1. Please go to www.fast.com and check your internet connection. 

  1. Check your Network Settings. 

  1. Restart your modem/router and device you are using DAZN with. 

  1. If possible, try using a different network.
