I am experiencing issues with audio

■There is no audio

1. Please check that your volume output is not muted
2. Make sure that your sound system is plugged in correctly
3. Check if your audio driver is working
4. Try watching DAZN on a different device

■The audio cuts off/skips

1. Please check your internet connection speed
2. If applicable, please turn off your security software
3. Try watching DAZN on a different device

■There is only audio (no video)

1. Please restart your internet browser
2. Restart your computer
3. If you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer, please update/reinstall Microsoft Silverlight -  https://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/
4. Try watching DAZN on a different device.
