If you have subscribed to DAZN via Apple iOS device or iTunes and you are having trouble logging in, please follow these restore purchase steps to gain access:

  • Restore subscription on "Sign in" page.
  • On a mobile iOS device make sure you are signed into your iTunes account which was used for DAZN subscription payment
  • Open DAZN App and use "Sign in" button.
  • On "Sign in" page tap on "Restore purchase" button
  • You will now be signed in and redirected to "Home" page.
  • Restore subscription on "Sign up" page.
  • On a mobile iOS device make sure you are signed into your iTunes account which was used for DAZN subscription payment
  • Open DAZN App and use "Sign up" button.
  • On "Sign up" page tap on "Restore purchase" button
  • You will now be signed in and redirected to "Home" page.

Please note: Active DAZN subscriptions will not receive a separate charge as a result of restoring purchase and your current billing date will remain the same.
