1. Identification of the Promoter 

    This Campaign is promoted by DAZN Limited, a company duly incorporated in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP, hereinafter referred to as “DAZN”. 

  2. Name and Description of the Campaign 

    With the “4 Months at 50%” Campaign (the “Campaign”), DAZN offers all users who do not have an active DAZN subscription the opportunity to benefit from a 50% discount on the first four (4) monthly payments of an annual subscription with monthly payments to the DAZN Base product (DAZN Base Annual – Monthly Payment) and DAZN Total product (DAZN Total Annual - Monthly Payment).

  3. Campaign Period 

    The Campaign is valid for subscriptions made between 2 December 2025 and 30 April 2026 (inclusive).

  4. Products and Services Covered and Excluded 

    This offer applies to the DAZN Base Annual – Monthly Payment product and DAZN Total Annual - Monthly Payment product. The following products are expressly excluded from this Campaign: DAZN Base Annual – Annual Payment, DAZN Base Monthly, DAZN Total Annual - Annual Payment, DAZN Total Monthly, DAZN Motors, NFL Game Pass, Rally TV, Courtside 1891, NL TV, and ELF. 

  5. Eligibility Conditions 

    The Campaign is valid for all DAZN registered users, whether new or existing, who do not have any active subscription and wish to purchase an annual subscription to the DAZN Base product or DAZN Total product through an eligible Subscription Channel. 

  6. Subscription Channels 

    Participation in the Campaign can only be made through the DAZN.com website or the DAZN app.

  7. Campaign Mechanism 

    By joining the Campaign and starting an annual subscription to the DAZN Base Annual – Monthly Payment product or the DAZN Total Annual - Monthly Payment product, the customer benefits from a 50% discount on the first four (4) monthly payments. After this period, the subscription will continue with the full monthly subscription fee, at the price in effect at the time of such transition. 

  8. Payment and Service Activation Conditions 

    Activation: Access to the service is activated immediately upon joining the Campaign. 

    Payment: The monthly subscription fee for the DAZN Base Annual – Monthly Payment product or the DAZN Total Annual - Monthly Payment product will be charged, from the 5th month onward, to the payment method provided at the time of subscription. 

    Non-payment: Failure to make payment will result in suspension of access to the service until payment is regularised. 

  9. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal 

    Pursuant to Article 17(1)(m) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, by joining this Campaign, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that: 

    • the service consists of the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium; 
    • the performance of the contract begins immediately upon the customer’s express consent; 
    • with such immediate commencement, the customer waives the right of withdrawal. 

    By completing the subscription and accessing DAZN’s content, the customer declares that they understand and accept that they lose the right of withdrawal from the moment access to the service begins. 

  10. Personal Data Protection 

    The processing of personal data collected under this Campaign is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at DAZN.com/help. The data is processed solely for the purposes of managing the Campaign, invoicing, providing the service, and fulfilling legal obligations. By joining this Campaign, the customer declares that they have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. 

  11. Limitation of Liability 

    DAZN shall not be held liable for technical failures, network unavailability, processing delays, or any other external factors preventing participation in or enjoyment of the Campaign. 

  12. Amendments and Cancellation of the Campaign 

    DAZN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Campaign for justified reasons, and such amendments shall be communicated through DAZN’s official channels. 

  13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the customer’s domicile.
