Conor McGregor has taken to social media to praise both WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder following their trilogy fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Despite being on the end of two brutal knockdowns, Fury managed to knockout Wilder in the 11th round to cement himself as the world's number one heavyweight.
The former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion posted his review on Twitter where he described both men as 'warriors'.
"Great fight that", McGregor wrote on Twitter.
"Both warriors, both winners. Hard to not be impressed with Deontay there. Against the much larger man and almost got it done. Great fight."
McGregor wasn't the only UFC star to take to social media to praise this heavyweight fight for the ages. Jorge Masvidal, Chris Weidman and Chris Leben also expressed their admiration for the contest on Twitter.
