How you cancel your DAZN subscription depends on the type of plan you have. Follow the steps below based on your subscription.

How to Cancel an Annual – Pay Monthly subscription?

If you're subscribed to the Annual – Pay Monthly plan, here’s how to manage or cancel your subscription:

  • Open the DAZN app and click your name in the top-right corner.
  • Select ‘DAZN Subscription’.
  • Click the drop-down arrow next to ‘See Plan Details’.
  • Select ‘Manage Subscription’.
  • Click ‘Manage Renewal’.

Now, you can either:

  • Switch to Monthly Flex for more flexibility, or
  • Stop your future renewal.

How to Cancel a Monthly Flex subscription?

If you're on the Monthly Flex plan, you can cancel anytime. Just follow these steps:

  • Open the DAZN app.
  • Go to ‘See Plan Details’.
  • Click the drop-down arrow next to ‘Manage Subscription’.
  • Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel a 7-Day Free Trial?

To cancel your 7-Day Free Trial, click here and follow the on-screen instructions. 

Note: Even if you cancel your 7-Day Free Trial before a Pay-Per-View (PPV) event, you’ll still be able to watch the PPV Live during your trial period.

I’ve already cancelled but noticed a payment to DAZN. Why is that?

This may be due to the type of subscription you had:

  • Monthly Flex: This plan has a 30-day cancellation period. You may still be charged a pro-rated amount, which is usually lower than your regular monthly fee. To check your payment history, click here.
  • Annual – Pay Monthly: This is a 12-month contract. Payments are taken monthly until the end of your term. If you cancelled, you may have only stopped the future renewal, not the current billing cycle.

My subscription is through Apple / Google / Roku / Amazon or another third-party provider. Can I cancel through DAZN?

No. If you subscribed to DAZN through a third-party provider like Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon you will need to manage and cancel your subscription directly on their respective platform. DAZN cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf.
