If you get the error message that your email address is already in use, please go through the following steps:

  • Go to our sign in page and try to login with your email address and your password (You might have previously used that email address to register a DAZN account).
  • If this does not work, create a new password using the password reset feature. You should receive an email with a link to create a new password.
  • Once you have created a new password you should be able to sign in. If your account was cancelled in the past, you will need to enter your payment details to reactivate your subscription.
  • If you did not receive the link to create a new password, or you are still unable to sign into your account, please contact customer support.
