If you've noticed a payment to DAZN that you weren’t expecting, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Below are common reasons this might happen and what you can do next.

I've paid for the PPV, but I think I’ve been charged more than once. Can you help?

If you have paid for a PPV event and see more than one charge in your banking app, please be assured:

  • These are pending payments, not duplicate charges.
  • You will only be charged once for the PPV.

Pending payments are usually removed from your statement within 24 hours, depending on your bank.

I've paid for the event, but it says I need to buy again. Can you help?

If you are being asked to buy an event again, you may be signed in to a different account or your payment may not have completed.Check the email address you are currently signed in with by visiting My Account. If it is not the email address used to purchase the event, sign out and log in with the correct account.

If you used Sign in with Apple, your account may be linked to a private Apple email address. To find the email address linked to your account, follow these steps on your Apple device:

  • Open the Settings app on your Apple device (iPhone/iPad/Mac/iPod)
  • Tap on your name (Apple ID)
  • Select DAZN from the list of apps where you have used Private Relay.
  • The Private Relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) and your real email address will be displayed.
  • Once done, log in with the email address.

In case you are logged into with the correct account and your bank shows the payment as pending, it could be the checkout was not completed. Please try purchasing the event again with a different payment method. Pending payments are usually removed within 24 hours, depending on your bank.

I've paid for the PPV, but I think I’ve been charged two different amounts. Can you help?

If you receive a notification from your bank showing two separate amounts just after buying a PPV, it is likely due to a temporary pending payment.

  • This happens while we calculate the sales tax.
  • The pending charge appears in your bank statement for only a few minutes.
  • Once the correct tax is calculated, DAZN will charge only one final amount.

Before contacting us, please refresh your banking app — the pending charge should disappear shortly.

I’ve cancelled my subscription but noticed a payment to DAZN. Can you help?

This is most likely due to the type of subscription you have:

Annual – Pay Monthly Subscription

  • This is a 12-month contract.
  • Subscription payments are taken on the same day each month until your renewal date.
  • If you have cancelled, it is likely you have only cancelled the future renewal, not the current billing cycle.

  • This plan has a 30-day cancellation period.

I’ve noticed a payment to DAZN, but I had a 8-Day Free Trial. Can you help?

When purchasing a PPV event, DAZN may offer a 8-Day Free Trial. This allows you to explore the app and watch content before rolling into the Monthly Flex subscription. Here's what you need to know:

  • If you do not cancel within the 8-day trial period, your subscription will automatically roll into the Monthly Flex plan.

To cancel your Monthly Flex subscription:

  1. Open the DAZN app.
  2. Select 'See Plan Details.'
  3. Click the 'Manage Subscription' dropdown arrow.
  4. Follow the instructions.

I’ve signed up to your 8-Day Free Trial, but you have charged me. Can you help?

Our 8-Day Free Trials are only available when purchasing a PPV event. We do not offer free trials for any other occasion.

If you’ve been charged, it is for an upcoming PPV event, not the trial itself.
