Network connection issue (11-003-013)

This error code means that there’s a problem with your network connection and therefore we can't stream video to your device.

In this case please go through the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Go to www.fast.com and check that your internet connection speed meets our minimum requirements.
  2. If it is possible connect your device with an ethernet cable to your router or modem.
  3. Reduce the number of devices using your wi-fi network.
  4. Restart your modem/router and device.
  5. If it is possible use a different wi-fi network.
If the troubleshooting steps did not help to solve your problem, please contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
