How do I cancel my subscription?

A great alternative to your cancellation request is our Pause functionality.

If you choose this feature, your subscription will be temporarily suspended at the end of your current subscription period and you will be able to reactivate it on a date of your choice. You can find more information about this in our help page by following this link.

*This feature is currently unavailable for third-party subscribers and annual subscriptions.

Still want to cancel? Subscribed through DAZN on a web browser, smart TV, or gaming console:
  1. Login to My Account on a web browser.
  2. In the subscription section click on the 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' button.
  3. Please enter why you would like to cancel the service. (if available).
  4. After you have entered your feedback please use the 'CONFIRM CANCELLATION' button.
We’ll send you an email confirming your cancellation.

Note: You can still enjoy all the content available on DAZN until your current subscription period ends.

Subscribed via third party app:

Make sure to access your account details for any changes (i.e. cancellation or re-subscription) through your third-party app. Click on your app subscription to be taken to the subscription management site: Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku.

If you are still having trouble cancelling your account or need assistance finding your account, please reach out to our customer service.


Note: Please be aware that you are unable to access to “My Account” from most versions of the DAZN app. To use all available features, including the cancellation pages, please visit www.dazn.com from a browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)
Due to high volume of sign ups, it may take up to 24 hours to access 'My Account' section after registering. This will not affect your viewing content.
