PPV App Purchase

I’ve purchased the PPV event on my Apple iOS, Google Android or Roku device and it’s still not allowing me to play the PPV.

Steps to Resolve:
  • First, please confirm through your app store and payment method that the purchase was indeed completed and charged.
  • Once payment has been confirmed, please click on the PPV title within the DAZN app on the mobile device you purchased the PPV.
  • On the buy screen please select the ‘Restore Purchase’ button (see screenshot below)
  • Once the steps have been followed, if you are still experiencing an issue with accessing the PPV. Please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
