  2. Check here how fast your internet should be to watch DAZN. Then, compare it to your current connection speed here.

  3. Try to watch DAZN on another web browser.

  4. Clear your cookies and cache. Not sure how? Check here.

  5. Check your IP address and confirm it corresponds to a supported country. Not sure how? Check here.

  6. If none of the above resolves the issue, contact Customer Service.

Troubleshoot your DAZN app issue on your PlayStation 

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try to connect to www.dazn.com on a computer or mobile device. If the site loads properly, then your internet connection is working.

  2. Check your IP address and confirm it corresponds to a supported country. Not sure how? Check here.

  3. Confirm your PlayStation system software is updated to its latest version. For PlayStation 4, check here.

  4. Confirm, if applicable, that other streaming apps are working.

  5. Turn off your PlayStation, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

  6. Reboot your connection: unplug your router or modem from the power outlet, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

  7. Uninstall and reinstall the DAZN app.

  8. Connect your PlayStation directly to your router using an ethernet cable.
