Why can't I access 'My Account'

During high volume sign-up days, access to the ‘My Account’ section may be restricted, taking up 24 to 48 hours to access. Please note that this will not affect your ability to watch DAZN. 
Some of the features that will not be available during this period are:
  • Resetting your password 
  • Changing your email
  • Updating your language preference
  • Cancelling your subscription
