Jack White brings fellow Detroit music superstar on stage for NFL Thanksgiving halftime show

Detroit has a music culture that is rivalled by few other places, and on Thursday the city flexed its muscles with a collaboration between two of its biggest exports.

Jack White, the scheduled act for the halftime show of the Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions Thanksgiving Day Classic, brought out rap superstar Eminem to perform with him on stage at Ford Field.

The duo were raucously received by the crowd and proceeded to perform the rapper's 2002 hit "'Till I Collapse."

Rumours swirled prior to the game that Eminem, who oversaw the production along with his longtime manager Paul Rosenberg as part of their multi-year agreement with the Lions, could take the stage as a performer alongside White.

White and Eminem aren't the only musicians taking an active part in the NFL's Thanksgiving triple-header, as Post Malone is set to headline the halftime of the Chiefs vs. Cowboys game while Lil Jon will perform during the Bengals vs. Raven contest.
