NFL free agency has delivered in a big way, with more than 200 transactions completed and over $2.5 billion changing hands.

Despite all that activity, there are still a surprising number of talented players available. Whether it’s veterans weighing their options or teams waiting for the right price, the second phase of free agency often produces some of the best value signings.

Here are some of the best remaining free agents who haven’t been snapped up yet.

The top five remaining free agents

1. Stefon Diggs, WR

The NFL explained that the Patriots' decision to release Diggs was "purely financially motivated", but it's fair to wonder if that's entirely true.

The veteran wideout has a pretrial hearing relating to felony strangulation and other criminal charges on April 1, and interested teams may be waiting until the outcome before declaring their interest.

On the field, Diggs was as effective as ever, producing the seventh 1,000-yard season of his career.

2. Jauan Jennings, WR

Jennings 1.41 yards per route run rank well below the league average, but he's a big target who excels on third down and has a knack for finding the end zone.

His profile fits that of a No. 2 wideout, but with the market settling down and several teams needing help at the position, Jennings should be added soon.

3. Aaron Rodgers, QB

Let's begin with the obvious: At 42, Rodgers is no longer the gunslinger he once was. That much is evident.

He is, however, one of the best game managers at quarterback, and after posting a 94.8 passer rating, which ranked 14th, it's clear he has something left in the tank.

While he ranks as our No. 4 free agent, it seems highly likely that if he doesn’t retire, he will be playing for Pittsburgh. But you can never truly tell with Rodgers.

4. Taylor Decker, OT

Decker is coming off one of the least efficient seasons of his career. But his standard was previously so high that compared to the other tackles on the market, his worst still compares favourably.

His pass-blocking efficiency grade ranked around the middle of the pack, but at 32 and mindful of his 2025 drop-off in form, teams may be wary of committing to Decker long term.

5. Joey Bosa, EDGE

Bosa managed only five sacks in 2025, tying the second-lowest output of his career. Through that narrow lens, it may appear the 30-year-old has little left to give.

But as always, sack numbers - which fluctuate for every player from year to year - don't tell the whole story.

Bosa's 13.5% pressure rate last year (sacks, hits, and hurries combined divided by pass rush attempts) was just a shade behind his career number of 14.3%.

Health has been the biggest concern hanging over Bosa most of his career, but after suiting up for 15 games in 2025, perhaps that isn't as much of a worry heading into next year.
