NFL Week 18 Early Game Results: Carolina Panthers clinch NFC South with the Atlanta Falcons hold off the New Orleans Saints

The early slate of games didn't disappoint to begin Week 18, which you can watch with NFL Game Pass on DAZN (excl. US and China).

The final NFC spot was settled as the Atlanta Falcons survived a late rally to beat the New Orleans Saints 19-17. The Falcons' win clinched the NFC South and a playoff spot for the Carolina Panthers (8-9), who lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, 16-14.

Down 16-10 and driving late in the fourth quarter, Saints quarterback Tyler Shough threw an interception to Dee Alford, who returned the ball 57 yards, which led to a 38-yard Zane Gonzalez to extend the lead to 19-10. 

Shough threw a late touchdown, a 16-yarder to Ronnie Bell, to narrow the gap to 19-17. But the Saints missed the onside kick as the Falcons recovered to seal the game and the division title for the Panthers.
