British stars Pat Brown and Callum Smith to return in April

DAZN's spring schedule is starting to take shape with Matchroom announcing fight dates for rising star Pat Brown and WBO interim light heavyweight champion Callum Smith. 

Cruiserweight prospect Brown will return on April 3, when he takes on the Czech Republic's Vasil Ducar in what could be the start of a big year for the former Olympian. 

Two weeks later, Smith will finally be back in action after his thriller with Joshua Buatsi last year, facing the entertaining Cuban David Morrell in Liverpool, with the winner putting themselves in a strong position to challenge unified world champion Dmirty Bivol. 

Both of these fights will be broadcast live on DAZN. 

Arnold Barboza Jr. set to make welterweight debut 

On the other side of the Atlantic, former world super lightweight title challenger Arnold Barboza Jr. will make his welterweight debut against Kenneth Sims Jr. 

The contest will take place on Saturday, March 14, live on DAZN, and it will headline an undercard which features two world title fights. 

In the co-main event, WBA, WBO and Ring Magazine minimum weight champion Oscar Collazo will defend his titles against Jesus Haro, while undisputed women's flyweight champion faces WBA interim titleholder Viviana Ruiz Corredor. 

Manny Pacquiao exhibition fight confirmed for April 18

Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao is set to return to the ring, albeit in an exhibition bout. 

After drawing with WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios last August, Pacquiao will be lacing up the gloves once more when he faces Ruslan Provodnikov. 

The pair will meet at Las Vegas' Thomas and Mack Center on April 18, and it will see Pacquiao go head-to-head with one of his former Wild Card Boxing Club stablemates. 

According to organisers, the bout will be accompanied by world championship boxing on the undercard which is yet to be announced.
