Anthony Joshua needs a new trainer. That’s the verdict of Chris Eubank Jr who has provided his opinion on the current speculation relating to potential changes that the former world champion might make. Eubank Jr recently made amendments to his team with the addition of Roy Jones Jr, and now he thinks Joshua must do the same.
Last September, Joshua was comprehensively outpointed by Oleksandr Usyk planting the seed that the 2012 Olympic gold medallist might look elsewhere for a new cornerman. With his next move still unknown as the heavyweight division solves several different puzzles, Eubank Jr is urging Joshua to get new a new face in his corner.
"He needs some new blood. He needs some new eyes and ears in his camp," said Eubank Jr when speaking to BBC Sport.

"If he's going to have the rematch, he has to come with a different gameplan. Obviously, that comes with having a new trainer. I think that's the right move."
