Malik Scott has been giving his thoughts on the undisputed heavyweight title fight.

Deontay Wilder's trainer Malik Scott believes a slim Tyson Fury will pose a number of problems for Oleksandr Usyk.

The two fighters go head-to-head tonight live on DAZN for the undisputed heavyweight title and fans got one final look at the fighters ahead of the opening bell at Friday's weigh-in.

Fury weighed in significantly heavier compared to Usyk, but the WBC champion's trimmed physique has been a topic of discussion in the build-up to this historic clash.

Scott, who was in Wilder's corner for the American's third fight against Fury back in 2021, explained what changes Fury has made to get into shape for his clash against Usyk and why it will make him a dangerous fighter in Riyadh.

“Fury’s weight is down. Fury is one of those guys. If his weight is down, it means he’s been training extremely hard," Scott said in an interview with Sean Zittel

"He can’t get his weight off by going just two times a week. For Fury to get his weight off and have a certain type of body, he has to be digging.

“His body says he’s been digging, and him [Fury] being in great shape makes it even more of an interesting fight. It gives Usyk a lot more problems to deal with.

"My favourite Fury is Wilder-Fury I. The tricky Fury, not the vulnerable Fury that’s had much success now.”
