Tyson Fury didn't impress in his last fight.

Tyson Fury has endured widespread criticism since retaining his unbeaten record against Francis Ngannou last month.

Fury was expected to deal with the former UFC superstar in routine fashion, but he was pushed all the way by the Cameroonian before winning via an unpopular split decision verdict.

As well as being dropped in the fight’s third round, Fury had to resist several heavy attacks from Ngannou and the performance has promoted much analysis from the boxing community.

Johnny Nelson, a former world champion at cruiserweight, has big concerns about Fury’s legs as he prepares to get ready for an undisputed battle with Oleksandr Usyk.

“I think his legs are gone. If you look at his movement, it took him six rounds to get his range,” said Nelson when speaking to Seconds Out

“This guy [Ngannou] was clipping him, putting him under pressure. This guy didn’t have one professional boxing fight. That should have never happened in a million years.

“Even if Tyson Fury underestimated, then Tyson Fury’s jabbing & movement should have been enough to keep him off. I just thought, ‘His legs are gone.’ It happens to us all at some point. I’m telling you now: I think this is the beginning of the slide of Tyson Fury.
