Tim Bradley is giving Jake Paul a real chance of success when he faces Anthony Joshua in a huge fight next month.
On December 19, Paul will jump up to heavyweight to face the biggest test of his career when he goes in with a man who has defeated Wladimir Klitschko, Dillian Whyte, and Andy Ruiz.
The former two-time world champion is hoping to win another title next year and also land a fight with Tyson Fury, but first, he must contend with the threat of Paul.
Paul had originally been set to face Gervonta Davis, but when that fight was cancelled, Joshua stepped in, and now Paul faces a much sterner test.
Bradley, a former two-weight world champion, has faced some of the biggest names in boxing, and he was able to defeat Manny Pacquiao at his peak when participating in a trilogy with the Filipino legend.
Now one of boxing’s shrewdest voices, Bradley has delivered his verdict on Paul vs Joshua.
“It ain’t no forgone conclusion that AJ is going to pull this s—t off, man,” said Bradley when speaking on his YouTube channel.
“AJ has been mentally not there. AJ is an Olympic gold medallist and has fought better opposition. He’s long-reigning. He’s been at the top of the sport for a very long time.
“Yeah, he’s on the downside. This is a dangerous fight for both of these guys. This is a 50-50 fight in my eyes. I don’t know. I’m not going to predict none of that.”
