Joe Joyce won last month.

Joe Joyce returned to winning ways last month when he registered a last round stoppage over Kash Ali in what was largely an uneventful fight.

Joyce is eager to get himself back in the mix at heavyweight and he’s targeting two huge names as he looks to return to the spot he once occupied.

At the beginning of 2023, Joyce was seen as one of the most dangerous fighters in his division after becoming WBO interim following a stoppage win against Joseph Parker at the backend of 2022.

Two stoppage losses to Zhilei Zhang halted Joyce’s incredible momentum, but the 2016 Olympic silver medalist is eager to get back amongst the big fights and he’s targeting Derek Chisora and Dillian Whyte.

“Derek Chisora is a possibility and is a big name to add to the list. I wanted to fight Derek Chisora earlier on in my career when I was with David Haye and Ringstar Promotions, but he wasn’t willing to fight me,” said Joyce when speaking to Betway

“I would also like to fight Dillian Whyte. That would be a massive fight too, and it’s a fight people want to see. Styles make fights and I think our styles would gel well and it would be an entertaining fight for the fans.”
