Joe Joyce is ready to fight either Oleksandr Usyk or Tyson Fury.

Joyce is fighting Zhilei Zhang on September 23 as the two heavyweights run it back after their clash in April.

The Briton went into that fight as the favourite and incumbent WBO interim champion, setting him up as a mandatory for Usyk at some point in the future.

However Zhang won that fight, and is now putting the belt on the line in his own defence, with the winner hoping to secure a title fight as a result.

Usyk fought two weeks ago when he took on Daniel Dubois, winning after a controversial low blow call in Wroclaw, Poland, while Fury takes on Francis Ngannou at the end of next month, but he will not be risking his WBC championship belt.

Both Usyk  and Fury are then potentially going to fight in Saudi Arabia, in what would be an undisputed heavyweight clash, but that fight has been hoped for, but never been made, for much of the last year, so it may be that they have to look for other fights.

Speaking to BetVictor, he said: “I'd love to fight Fury or Usyk; they are the two top names, and they hold the belts. They're title holders. So, I think they're great fighters, and it'd be good to beat either one of them.”
