Ricky Hatton announces comeback fight after 13 years, opponent and location revealed

Ricky Hatton is returning to the ring 13 years after his retirement.

The former two-weight world champion will face Eisa Aldah on December 2 in Dubai, with Hatton confirming the bout on his Instagram account. 

Now 46 years old, Hatton held multiple world championships during his 15-year professional career, with title reigns in welterweight and light-welterweight. His last fight came in Nov. 2012 when he lost to Vyacheslav Senchenko, after which he immediately announced his retirement.

"The Hitman" will now prepare to face an oppoonent in Aldah, also 46, who was last active in 2021.
