Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk - Ricky Hatton makes emphatic prediction for undisputed heavyweight clashMatchroom
The big fight is getting close.

We’re just weeks away from the biggest heavyweight fight in a generation as Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk will meet to decide who is number one.

The pair have been engaged in a lengthy rivalry with each other claiming they are the best heavyweight, and we’ll finally find out who is the better man on February 17.

Fury goes into the contest with more question marks surrounding him due to his lacklustre showing against Francis Ngannou last October.

The current WBC champion was dropped by the former UFC star before winning on points, but despite that showing, Fury still has his backers within the sport and that includes Ricky Hatton.

“I think Tyson will come through against Usyk. When you look at the speed and boxing ability of Usyk, Tyson has that too, but he's bigger, stronger, he's got the reach and size,” said Hatton when speaking to Instant Casino

“The only thing that might work in Usyk's favour is his size. Tyson's faced big lumps, big heavyweights like Wilder, Whyte and Ngannou, whereas Usyk is smaller and it's not a style Fury's had to deal with for a number of years now, so he will cause Tyson problems.

“But Tyson's shown he has heart, he can body punch - which has been a vulnerable spot for Usyk - and he can go southpaw, he's got a great defence, and he can go to war with you and he’s much bigger, I think he'll pull it out down the home straight.”
