NHL Games To Watch For The Week Of October 13

Florida Panthers at Detroit Red Wings: (Wednesday, Oct. 15, 7 p.m. ET; Thursday, Oct. 16, Midnight BST)
The champs are off to a hot start, winning their first three games during the opening week. On the other hand, the Red Wings played two games, winning one and losing one. Could they be the ones to give the Panthers their first loss of the season?
Tampa Bay Lightning at Washington Capitals: (Tuesday, Oct. 14, 7 p.m. ET; Wednesday, Oct. 15, Midnight BST)
Capitals legend Alex Ovechkin is looking to make history, as he is three career goals away from 900. Ovechkin has gone scoreless so far in the young campaign. He's got a good chance against the Lightning since Ovechkin has lit the lamp 51 times against them. The Lightning has gone winless during opening week and is looking to spoil Ovechkin's party.
Minnesota Wild at Dallas Stars (Tuesday, Oct. 14, 9:30 p.m. ET; Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2:30 a.m. BST)
The Wild's dynamic offense is living up to expectations as advertised, with nine goals in two games led by Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Jones, who each have six points (two goals and four assists). The Stars have also scored nine goals in their first two games with a pair of 5-4 wins over the Winnipeg Jets and Colorado Avalanche, respectively.
If you like seeing a lot of goals, this is the game for you.
