Undefeated Ilia Topuria vacated the featherweight title earlier this year with a view towards a permanent move to lightweight, and his first bout in the division is with the belt on the line against one of its former holders in Charles Oliveira.

Topuria was last seen in action in October, when he successfully defended the featherweight title against Max Holloway, ending that fight with a third-round knockout (punches).
