As much as Israel Adesanya and Jon Jones have traded shots on Twitter, you already knew that "The Last Stylebender" was going to chime in about "Bones'" latest performance.
Adesanya did just that after Jones' controversial unanimous decision over Dominick Reyes in the main event of UFC 247 at the Toyota Center in Houston on Saturday night.
The UFC middleweight champion seemingly responded to Jones' win with laughs.
The latter tweet might have to do with Twitter clamoring about Jones being credited with an inexplicable 49-46 score, which signified that one judge had it an absurd four rounds to one for the light heavyweight champ in a bout that was much closer.
Adesanya wasn't the only Jones' rival to respond to his win, either. Daniel Cormier also took to his Twitter account to say that Reyes won, three to two rounds.
With Adesanya and Jones seemingly on a collision course, "Bones" will be able to sit back and assess his budding nemesis when he makes his own title defense against Yoel Romero in the main event of UFC 248 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on March 7.
Prior to UFC 247, Jones had said that he wants to move up to the heavyweight division next and face champion Stipe Miocic. Well, perhaps Adesanya will have something to say about that and force a fight with the GOAT in MMA quicker.
