There are also first call-ups for a year for both Milan defender Matteo Gabbia and Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante, while Francesco Pio Esposito keeps his place after making his debut last month.  In all, 19 of the 27 players included in the squad are names who play for Serie A clubs.
