With this summer's tournament set to take place in the United States, revenues for the event are expected to reach their highest amount ever. That makes for a big pie to redistribute to the participating nations, with CONMEBOL designating $72 million for prize money at this year's competition.

Every participating nation will take home a share of the revenues. All 16 teams will receive $2 million just for showing up, and they can win additional funds by progressing through the tournament.
