The Serie A season rolls into matchday four after a week that saw four of the league's sides open their Champions League campaign, and you can catch all the action live on the Italian league's new home of DAZN.
DAZN will show 380 live games across 2025-26 , and matchday four sees the first Derby della Capitale of the season when Lazio host Roma in Italy's capital city.
This derby is notorious for being one of Italy's fiercest rivalries and, over the years, has seen some of Serie A's most memorable and dramatic moments.
The 2025 version sees Roma, looking to bounce back from their surprise defeat to Torino last week and record a first win at Lazio since 2016. It will be a first taste of Derby Day for Gian Piero Gasperini following his appointment in Rome over the summer.
Lazio, who failed to beat their rivals last season, also come into the clash off the back of a shock defeat after they were beaten by Sassuolo. Maurizio Sarri knows all about what's at stake in this one and is the kind of game the veteran boss revels in.
But who will have city bragging rights, come Sunday afternoon?
DAZN News has all the information ahead of Lazio vs Roma.
Lazio vs Roma will take place at 11:30 am BST on Sunday, September 21, in Serie A.
Fans watching in the US and Canada can catch the game at 6:30 am EST and 3:30 am PT
Lazio vs Roma will take place at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
The stadium is the second largest in Italy, with a capacity of 70,634 and was used for games at both Italia '90 and Euro 2024.
The hosts could be without Manuel Lazzari after a thigh strain ruled him out last weekend. He joins Samuel Gigot and Matías Vecino, who are also still on the sidelines.
Previous XI: Provedel, Marusic, Tavares, Romagnoli, Gila, Guendouzi, Rovella, Dele-Bashiru, Cancellieri, Zaccagni, Castellanos
Roma are still without summer signing Leon Bailey, who suffered an injury in training, while Paulo Dybala is also a doubt after picking up a knock against Torino.
Previous XI: Svilar, Hermosco, Mancini, Ndicka, Franca, Kone, Cristante, Tasende, El Aynaoui, Soule, Dybala

There's always tension when these two capital rivals meet, and with it being at such an early stage of the season, it's bound to be a cagey affair that results in points being shared.
Prediction: Lazio 1-1 Roma
